The Mighty 100th by Nicolas Trudgian
B-17G 'Silver Dollar' of the 100th Bomb Group flies low over snow-covered East Anglia, returning to its base at Thorpe Abbotts in late winter 1944. This aircraft eventually flew a remarkable total of 102 missions before being retired from active duty in April 1945.
