Hello all, Happy Christmas!
I have just finished reading the The Art of Combat and there are some great images in there – overall very enjoyable and a good start to what I am sure will be a long series of books. However, I was a bit disappointed with the finish, especially the (lack of) effort and attention to detail by the publisher. I noticed at least 5-6 simple errors in one single read through which is surprising to say the least, and I wasn’t exactly looking for errors! Anyone would have picked them up. There were also a number of smudges and pencil marks on some pages.
Perhaps it was rushed through to meet the deadline. Anyone else read through it and notice the same?
some great art by Richard let down to seem extent by the publisher in my opinion. I wouldn’t be that impressed if I was him.
Anyway, first world issues I guess – I still enjoyed it!
Cheers – happy 2015. Looking forward to seeing some of your presents!
P.S. I got the limited issue version with the print – a nice image.
